Course Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for our TikTok Success Accelerator course. If you're not satisfied with the course content within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at contact@mediaclub.online.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Provide a brief explanation of why the course didn't meet your expectations
  • Have accessed less than 30% of the course content

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Account Purchase Refunds

Due to the digital nature of TikTok accounts and the immediate transfer of access credentials, we do not offer refunds for account purchases once access has been provided. All account sales are final.

However, we stand behind the quality of our accounts and offer the following guarantees:

  • The account will match the description provided at the time of purchase
  • The account will be fully accessible upon transfer
  • We provide 24-hour transfer support to ensure a smooth transition

If there are any issues with the account at the time of transfer that do not match our description, please contact our support team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, refund terms will be specified in the agreement made between you and MEDIA CLUB before any payment is processed. These terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the custom order.
